We process your contact, business, expertise and availability details and documents to handle your current registration. The legal basis is necessary pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in professional communication and relevant review (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). At HARBECK & PARTNER you explicitly choose permanent employment placement, interim assignments, or speaking, training, coaching and teaching assignments. A permanent placement enquiry concerns potential positions at other companies, not employment with EA. The optional pool for future enquiries within your selected areas relies exclusively on your separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use contracted IT and communication providers for secure electronic transfer including time-limited encrypted intermediate processing. The live website and permanent storage of expert documents are located in Germany. Details of recipients, international processing, retention and rights are provided in the linked full privacy notice. Please do not submit health data or other special categories of personal data.
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Where applicable, you also have rights to object and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Profile update, withdrawal or deletion requests are verified through a secure, one-time, expiring verification link or code. No profile information is displayed before verification.
Your registration and pool consent do not authorise automatic disclosure of your identifiable profile or CV to customers. Before each submission, we inform you about the specific project or employment opportunity and intended recipient and obtain your confirmation.
Without pool consent: deletion 90 days after review completion. Pool: twelve months after a confirmed profile update, consent confirmation or confirmed active interaction demonstrating continued pool participation, followed by a 30-day grace period without confirmation.
